Therapeutic
Massage
The perfect massage for unwinding and decompressing. This massage is designed to target areas of the body most triggered by tension and stress. Long fluid strokes are used to restore circulation to the body and light to medium pressure is applied to relieve tension in the muscles. This is a great choice for first time clients and those who are looking for a restorative massage session.

Ashiatsu
Massage
The word Ashiatsu is translated from Japanese to mean Foot (ashi) Pressure (atsu). This barefoot massage is a special treat for those who prefer deep tissue massage. The therapist uses her feet, instead of hands, to apply deep pressure with long, gliding strokes. The feet compress on trigger point areas and then work to stretch the fascia allowing a complete relief of muscle tension.

Cupping
Therapy
Cupping Therapy is a form of traditional Chinese medicine based on the belief that stagnant blood and poor energy flow (QI) can have an adverse effect on the body. In this therapy, glass or silicone cups are placed on the skin to create a suction of the soft tissue. This action stimulates healing by increasing blood flows and loosening fascia and connective tissue. Cupping Therapy can leave bruising on the skin, especially in areas that are more stagnated. The bruising is a normal part of the healing process. Cupping Therapy has proved to be highly beneficial for clients suffering from chronic pain or for those participating in routine activity.
